
Zalei – Behaviour Therapy Assistant
Zalei is an energetic and dedicated Behaviour Therapist with over three years of experience supporting children with disabilities to achieve their developmental and behavioural goals. Passionate about making a positive impact, she works closely with families and specialists to deliver personalised, empathetic, and effective support.
She holds qualifications in Individual Support (Disability), Allied Health Assistance, and First Aid, along with valid Working with Children and NDIS checks. Zalei also brings additional specialised training, including the Jolly Phonics program, which enhances her ability to engage and support children in their learning journeys.
With a proactive mindset and a genuine commitment to growth, inclusion, and positive outcomes, Zalei is dedicated to fostering personal development and making a meaningful difference in the lives of the individuals and families she supports. She especially loves working with children and guiding them as they work towards achieving their goals.
Outside of work, Zalei enjoys spending time outdoors, whether it’s camping with family and friends or taking day trips to new places. She also loves walking her dog along the Warburton Trail, where she finds both joy and relaxation.
