Learn To Shine Mightier Program
Mightier Program:
The Mightier program uses the power of play to help children aged 6–14 build emotional strength and learn calming skills. While playing games, children wear a Bluetooth heart rate sensor that helps them visualize their emotions through an in-game meter called the “Gizmo”. When a child becomes frustrated, stressed, or overexcited, their heart rate increases, and the Gizmo helps them see this change
To continue playing, they must practice evidence-based calming skills to lower their heart rate. These skills include Progressive Muscle Relaxation, Deep Breathing, and Mindful Tracing. By regularly practicing these techniques in the game, children build a “toolbox” of skills they can apply in their daily lives. Over time, they internalize these skills and can use them in any situation. Research shows that Mightier can help reduce outbursts, improve emotional control, and better a child’s response to real-life stressors.
Program Details:
Ages: Recommended for children aged 6–14.
Sessions: 30 minutes, once per week.
Supervision: One-on-one supervision with a therapist or tutor.
Updates: Progress updates from your consultant.
Pricing:
The Mightier program is available in three plan options:
6-Month Plan: $288 ($48/month).
9-Month Plan: $399 ($44.4/month).
12-Month Plan: $489 ($40.8/month).
After the initial plan is completed, you can continue with monthly payments of $48.
