Marisol – Behaviour Therapy Assistant & Administrator
With more than 20 years of experience in allied health, my career has taken me on a diverse and rewarding journey. I began as a Theatre Supervisor in the Sterilisation Department, working across both Melbourne and the Gold Coast. In this role, I developed a strong foundation in healthcare operations, leadership, and team coordination. After this, I dedicated six years to being a full-time mum, a role that taught me patience, adaptability, and the importance of nurturing growth in others.
In 2009, I transitioned into managing a farm business for 12 years, where I gained extensive experience in business operations, problem-solving, and organisational management.
In 2021, I joined LTS as an Administrator, where I coordinate ABA therapy rosters, manage therapist scheduling, and oversee invoicing. Over time, my role grew to include working directly in Behaviour Therapy with children—a path that has become the true highlight of my career. For the past three years, I have had the privilege of supporting children in their development, watching them grow in confidence, achieve their goals, and reach new milestones. Being part of these journeys brings me profound joy and fulfillment, and it has deepened my commitment to making a positive difference in the lives of others.
I am passionate about my work, dedicated to helping children thrive, and always willing to go the extra mile to support families and colleagues. I believe in creating a positive, supportive environment where children feel encouraged to explore their potential.
Outside of work, I cherish spending time with my family and pets, and I find joy in salsa dancing. My personal and professional experiences have shaped me into someone who is compassionate, resilient, and deeply committed to helping others succeed.
