Olivia – Behaviour Therapy Assistant
Olivia is currently studying a Bachelor of Psychology, majoring in Child and Family, with plans to continue into postgraduate study.
With experience supporting children including those with diverse developmental, emotional, and behavioural needs, Olivia is passionate about creating safe, engaging and supportive environments where children feel understood, confident and empowered to work towards their goals. She values strong collaboration with families and believes meaningful progress occurs when support is individualised, strengths-based, and guided by empathy.
Olivia holds relevant compliance checks, including Working With Children and NDIS clearances, and is committed to ongoing professional development to ensure best-practice support.
Outside of work, Olivia enjoys staying active with hiking and snow skiing, spending time with friends, and exploring new places
